My thighs and butt...

Alright..I've lost a good amount of weight...but I still have a huge butt and thighs...and I'm pretty freaking skinny everywhere else...how do I get them smaller...any good toning exercises anyone knows of?

umm running would be a good start... people don't realize how good running is for them...it pretty much tones all the leg muscles and the abs and it is also a good upper body work out also...so start running

Try doing squats, lunges, leg lifts, and any other exercises like that! Try riding a bike or jogging on a tredmill! Hope I helped :)

umm i think you should keep the butt and thighs. If you must get rid of it i think you should play ddr or run alot. if you dont know what ddr is, it is dance dance revolution. it helped me loose weight it could help you.

you should keep the butt and thighs. guys like a butt and thighs on a skinny girl. but if you want them smaller then run, that will tone your muscles in your legs, or do leg presses, or ride a bike. those will all help.

just eat healthy low-carb foods, to focus on the buttock and thigh region, I would reccomend squats, legpress, or pilates. If you need more explanation or help or any more advice on fitness and health. IM me on sillyangel869. Hope I helped, -Angel

if i were you i would keep the butt n thighs because guys like that n most dont like super super skinny chicks but if you want 2 do squats it works both areas

lay on your back and do the "biking" motion. Like you are riding a bike. Or just ride a bike. Or run-Trixxie!
