My thighs and butt... Alright..I've lost a good amount of weight...but I still have a huge butt and thighs...and I'm pretty freaking skinny everywhere else...how do I get them smaller...any good toning exercises anyone knows of?

umm running would be a good start... people don't realize how good running is for them...it pretty much tones all the leg muscles and the abs and it is also a good upper body work out also...so start running

Try doing squats, lunges, leg lifts, and any other exercises like that! Try riding a bike or jogging on a tredmill! Hope I helped :)

umm i think you should keep the butt and thighs. If you must get rid of it i think you should play ddr or run alot. if you dont know what ddr is, it is dance dance revolution. it helped me loose weight it could help you. ]

you should keep the butt and thighs. guys like a butt and thighs on a skinny girl. but if you want them smaller then run, that will tone your muscles in your legs, or do leg presses, or ride a bike. those will all help. ]

if i were you i would keep the butt n thighs because guys like that n most dont like super super skinny chicks but if you want 2 do squats it works both areas ]

lay on your back and do the "biking" motion. Like you are riding a bike. Or just ride a bike. Or run-Trixxie! ]
