Q: Ok, I recently picked up a couple subwoofers for my car (2 350W 10" Zebras powered by an 800W amp) and now I was looking at my gravy on my plate.. And it seems to be bouncing.. It never did this kind of thing before I got the subs, and I was wondering if they might be the cause?

Q: Alright, I'm a little confused here...I want to tone my body, but I keep hearing that weights and squats and stuff will simply increase the size of my thighs and butt by adding more muscle...is running a good way to make them slimmer...some help here please!

Hey babe! i know EXACTLY how you feel! The first time i did it, it happened so fast and didnt really realize what i was doing untill later the next day. But it is TOTALLY normal to feel this way. There is no way that you can go back and undo it, but you'll get over it and it won't seem as big of a deal after a while!
