natty answered Monday January 3 2005, 7:55 pm: Usually when you join in a sport you get in so better shape I suggest crunches I heard they work the best!! I have a six pack and I got it because I have been doing lots of sports and crunches!!
These are different kind of crunches!!
1) First you lay down and lift your feet off the ground so that your body can be in a 90 degree angle, you can criss croos them if you like, it is easier that way!!
2) Put your hands behind your head and make sure your arms don't touch your head.
3) Lift up about as many times as you want after every 10 crunches hold it in the up position for 10 seconds!!
Hope I HELPED!! RATE ME PLEASE!!! [ natty's advice column | Ask natty A Question ]
Sparky answered Sunday January 2 2005, 3:27 am: Well there are multiple things that you are going to have to do to get it and retain it. One is that you are going to need to change your diet. You are going to have to eat proper, that doesn't mean you can't have the bad things once in a while but just make sure you cut back. Two is that you are going to do some type of cardeo in order to get rid of some of that extra fat. And finally you are going to need to do sit-ups. Those are going to help develop your abs and give you that look that you want. But you need to work all 3 together in order to make it work and as far as the whole time thing it depends on how hard you are willing to work and how well you stick to to those 3 things. Supaman answered Sunday January 2 2005, 12:40 am: well for a six pack its quite easy in one way...and thats sports. Almost any sport you play will give you abs, unless its golf or somthing of that nature lol. Im a swimmer, so my abs for quickly and stay (8 :)...) anyways, if your not a sports person do crunches with your feet in the air, and only your shoulder bladesw coming off the ground, that should help out by doing that in 3-4 months....if you work out at least 5 times a week. Hope it helps out. [ Supaman's advice column | Ask Supaman A Question ]
jamziix16 answered Sunday January 2 2005, 12:12 am: i have in between a 2 pack and a 4 four pack, but i can tell you it's a lot of work. i do crunches every day, and i take weightlifting instead of gym class for school, and i use many machines to help my abs. it's taken me a little while.. but if you work out frequently, i'm sure it won't take that long [ jamziix16's advice column | Ask jamziix16 A Question ]
