breathing excersizes to lose weight?

my friend just bought this program thing from the internet called "Weight Loss Breeze" apparently its a bunch of breathing excersizes that like train the way you breathe every day. it somehow increases your metabolism. has anybody purchased this? does it work? she said shed let me do them with her and i didnt know if it would be a waiste of time or not. im just wondering if this really works and has helped anybody lose weight?

Where can I buy degrassi seasons 1-8 or 1-6 at least, for a good price? i would also like to put them on my ipod, so where can i buy a cheap high-quality dvd ripper or something like that? is it possible to buy them all on itunes and burn them to blank dvds? any ideas are appreciated. please dont leave something like 'dvd ripping is illegal' because i dont really care.

Okay, so I don't know if any of you have seen my other posts about this guy who told me he liked me, and i told him that I liked him, and then got in a rleationship with his ex girlfriend .. well, anyways. I don't know if I should talk to him or something. He's in one of my classes and it's ALREADY awkward, so i'm not sure about this talking in person thing. Actually, I'm completley sure that I don't want to talk to him. I want to write him a message on facebook or something, saying like ... "I know you have her now, and I hope your happy. I just want you to know that what you did was a really dick move, and one day karma is going to come back and bite you in the ass ..." or something like that. i dont know. I just can't stay sile...

so me and B were friends for three years, and then she started really messing up her life. she even ran away once, and her whole family was on my case because they thought i was hiding something, which i wasnt. i was just the last person to talk to her.
so a few months ago, im at my bf's house and she calls and starts yelling at me because i didnt tell her i had a boyfriend. which, to me, thats no big deal. she dates a new guy every week, and i dont even know about half of them until their long gone. and like i really care, anyways...

What are the best types of art pens? I mean the basic black ones for drawing? I've gone through a few brands but they've all been kinda bad.
Something smooth, not too fine. Maybe 0.5 or a .7.

Armpit stains

I have this really nice white Hollister button down, but the problem is, I've had it for a year and it has armpit stains in them!! I haven't worn it in awhile (a couple months) so does anyone know how to get out the stains? By tomorrow? I know that sounds like a short time period, but I really need it for this school thing tomorrow where I have to dress up nicely...so any help is welcomed! Thanks!

16/m yeah so um yesterday i forgot me and my girlfriends 6 month anniversary...i love her so much, im just really bad with dates...but i also forgot our 3, 4 and 5 month =/ she says its ok and that she understands but i feel horrible...i only see her 2 times a week because she lives in a different town but im seeing her for valentines day and i want to do something amazing for her to prove to her that i do love her and im sorry...any advice?

so my dad has a bunch of medications for different things (heart, lungs, and blood pressure...etc) and i want to know if they clash with each other... he is pretty old so its easy for him to mess up the medications and i just want to double check (i also called the doc hence "double") and see what shouldn't be taken with what.. is there a site where i could type in the med (all of them) to see??

How do I restrain myself from using ':D' ':P' ':)' etc excessively?
I mean, when I type, I use proper grammar and punctuation, but I use those smileys way too much. How do I get out of the habit of using them all the time?

Im a 20 yr old female and I have been with my girlfriend for over 2 years now. We have been living together for the past year. We have a pretty good relationship and for the most part, im happy. The main problem is I constantly get irritated because things arent "fair" or "equal". For example, my girlfriend will ask me to get her a drink and then shell ask me to get her a snack and then she'll ask me to get her a blanket and then she'll ask me to take the dogs out. And I'll do it all. But then I ask her to get me a drink and she will flat out say no and wont do it. I 16f and the biggest loner ever.I am not mean, hateful,I dont put anyone down or anything..I just never fit in.I am always the odd one out because I dont know how to make a joke at the right time,or isnt one wearing brand clothes,or because i dont smoke or do drugs, or because I dont have something that stands out about them.
