Color Guard?

Next year, when I'm in 9th grade, I want to join color guard. The thing is I have no experience at all.I have a good figure, but at times I'm kinda clumsy and I'm afraid I will drop the riffel or something. Also, it takes me a little bit longer to learn a routine than most people because I have never done dance or anything of the sort.
Does anyone have any suggestions that will help me be more cordinatted? (sp)Thanks!!

Motivation

I want to get fit. I'm currently thin but i'd like a flatter stomach and nicer thighs. I already know what workout routine i want to follow but i have a hard time following it. I just can't get motivated. What are good ways to motivate yourself and exercise everyday?

ok, im 13 and i weigh about 150-170 lbs...i saw on a weight chart that 150 was normal weight for my height, which is 5'9...is 160 or 170 also normal?

Hi, I am 13 going on 14 and i weigh about 106 lbs. give or take two. Is that fat? Bc i really feel fat and i feel like there is nothbing i can do.
What are some ways to lose like 10 lbs but staying healthy!
Ill rate high!

Is it better to take a break in between a set of four like 25 crunches? or is it the same to do them all at the sae time? DOes it even matter?

Hi. I want to lose some weight. All my friends are a little bit smaller than me...and I feel embarresed when ever I got shopping with them because i have to buy bigger sizes than them. I think that I am eating more because I gained 10 puonds last year...any ideas that could help?

is it better to do crunches all at the same time, but like do 20 crunches then do 20 crunches and so on.. or do it throughout the day? i do my crunches at the same time and do about 60 crunches, but i rest in between about a minute

I have a simple question that I can't find the answer to. In the middle school I go to they have a P.E. class. In P.E. class we do jumping-jacks. What do jumping-jacks help you build? Your arms, legs, stomach, or something?

every time i run the mile for P.E. i get these painful cramps while running and even if i stretch before running i still get cramps. what type of stretches should i use to prevent the cramps?

hey im 14/f and im 5'4 and im about 100 pounds. I wanna take off like 10 pounds for the summer, but i dont want it to be a rapid change. I was hoping in like 4 months i could loose tht weight. What is the best way to loose the weight but not torcher myself? PLEZ HELP!!
