Hi. I want to lose some weight. All my friends are a little bit smaller than me...and I feel embarresed when ever I got shopping with them because i have to buy bigger sizes than them. I think that I am eating more because I gained 10 puonds last year...any ideas that could help?

Every other day go for a simple walk. Cut your meal portions in half and drink water.
Cut calories, not fat grams.

Well, maybe once every week or day you could go for a jog around the neighborhood. Also try and eat half of what you eat now. Also maybe some more fruits and vegie's and a little of everything except junk food! What ever you do don't eat junk food.Hope I helped!

Dont worry, I think i can relate to you im not fat its just i just have alot of muscle. I sometimes worry if i am fat, because some of the girls are smaller than me. If you are still not sure go to www.am-i-fat.com< you can search the site and check out kool excersizes. DONT do any pills, if you excersize and eat healthy, your fine. good luck:)

I Love answering these kinds.
First you could add up how many calories you eat in a day.An average person should eat up to 2,000-2,500 calories a day. And if you get a ride to school and home maybe you could try walking.Also try running up and down the street or maybe around the block.And if you have On Demand ttherez this catorgie sprots and fitness and you could check that out to they have good work outs.

You can work out ,eat right ,and watch your calorie intake. Avoid fatty foods!

im probably gonna tell you the same things that others have told you...working out is a good way to loose weight and so is eating right...you could always go on one of those weight loss plans if you are that concernd...the jenny craig works pretty good says my friend....but maintain good exercising habits and you will be fine....hope i could help out a little... <33 ~danni

Hey,
I know that "Pilates" work great.
my sis did pilates for about 2 months and lost weight they work great, you can order tapes and start exersicing 20 minutes a day with a 20 min tape. and ull be fine and ull lose the weight.

If you want to lose some weight, you need to start eating healthy, watch what you eat, and exercise daily. Start eating 5 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones and this will make your metabolism a bit faster. If you are eating more, make sure you eating healthy and watching what you eat because if you don't, this is why you are gaining weight. Go on a low carb or calorie diet and this will make you lose weight. Drink lots of water and exercise after you are done eating so you can burn some fat and such. Losing weight will take time but you will eventually if you don't cheat.
