You're only fourteen, so they're still growing. But if you really want to make them look bigger, try clothes. The way different clothes are made provide certain body illusions--this is true for everyone. You need to learn to use that to your advantage and wear shirts that make your breasts look bigger. Padded bras are also good, but if someone found out you were wearing one, they would probably tease you for being "fake". That's stupid, though, since everybody is fake...unless of course they are nudists.
Anyway, it's not something that really matters. If this is about guys noticing you, which I'm assuming it is, a lot of guys have different tastes. Some guys like smaller breasts. To some guys it doesn't matter at all. The ones who like their girls with huge chests are conceited.
Oh, and by the way...large breasts HURT.

i dont think there is relaly anything you can do about it hun sorry...you could always get a bathing suit with extra padding...hope i could be of some help... <33 ~danni

Hun to tell you the truth you can't just do something to make your boobs bigger.. If you feel uncomfortable with yourself get a padded bra swimsuit. that will work if you drink coffee cut down on that... Your boobs grow also when you gain a little weight.... but I'm sure thats not what you want to do.. I don't know eat healthy that may work too.. lots of luck
