hey im 14/f and im 5'4 and im about 100 pounds. I wanna take off like 10 pounds for the summer, but i dont want it to be a rapid change. I was hoping in like 4 months i could loose tht weight. What is the best way to loose the weight but not torcher myself? PLEZ HELP!!
MummuM answered Saturday February 26 2005, 3:29 pm: Hun, you don't need to lose any weight. Your underweight right now, so don't try to lose some more. If your really not happy with your weight though, maybe do some sit ups every night before you go to bed and watch what you eat.

I dont even look big(I have a pic on my column) so you being 100 lbs..you probably look skinny as a twig. You are actually too thin because normal weight for 5'4 would be 110-130. See. If you need to go on a diet, the only diet you need is a GAINING SOME WEIGHT diet! Please dont go on a diet, I want you to be healthy and safe. Karen answered Saturday February 26 2005, 3:09 pm: Sweetie, you DO NOT need to lose weight. You are underweight as it is. I'm also 14 years old and I'm 5'4" too and I weigh 108 pounds and everyone thinks I'm anorexic because I'm so scrawny and boney. You really don't need to lose weight but if you feel that you need to, do it the old fashioned way; eat healthy, watch what you eat, and exercise daily. Start eating foods that have low carbs and calories in them and eat 5 small meals a day, instead of 3 big ones. Losing 10 pounds is a lot and you will look really skinny and boney. Trust me, you don't need to lose weight but I guess you can if you want to.
