To flatten your stomach the best thing to do is crunches. And to build a little muscle you could maybe lift some weights. You should exersice maybe 3 or 4 days a week. Try Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and maybe 1 more day of your choice. Take a break on 1 day.

The top 2 excercises are push-ups ands sit-ups. They sound gay, but they aork and they are easy. Push-ups tone ur upper arms and upper body muscles. Just start with doing like 2 and 3 sets, then 3 and 3 sets and stuff like that. Dont overwork yourself. Sit-ups work all areas of your stomache. For effective sit-ups, place ur legs on the seat of a chair, and lay on the floor. and bring yourself up twords your knees. Again, just set a low goal and raise it everytime. It works.. Trust ME! thats how i got in shape. I did them during television commercials, or when i was bored, or like when i woke up or went to bed. All you have to do is do 1 set a day and increase it everytime. Hope i helped. XOXO Ms. Cleo OXOX

do crunches and sit ups. it'll flatten out your tummy. start at 50. stay at 50 for a week, then move up an extra 50 every week you complete.(i.e.- - 1st week:5-;; 2nd: 100;; 3rd: 150.. you get the idea)

www.toneteen.com is an awesome site that i've been given that gives you a bunch of exercises for different parts of your body. I'd say exercise about 30mins a day. I've been working out lyke that and there's been pretty good results =)

Have fun, x0x Jordy|♥

dear muscles,

there is a perfect answer for this! simply do crunches. Do 20 in the morning, 20, when you get home from school, and 20 right before you go to bed. simply increase the amount of crunches as you get more advanced. another stratagy is when you are watching tv to also do crunches. even if you are watching your favorite program, there is always time to fit in at least 25 crunches during a commercial break! <3

To flatten your stomach and keep it flat and toned, you need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. Running and jogging also help flatten your stomach too. You should exercise daily or 3-5 times a week. Once you get used to doing these exercises, increase the amount you do and it will help. Eating healthy and watching what you eat will help keep your stomach flat too.
