The last couple of weeks i've been noticing that I have been eating A LOT!! now i'm afraid i'm gonna gain a lot of weight. i eat when i get home from school up till dinner and no matter how hard i try, i can't stop!! does anyone have any suggestions? if u do please help!!

how do u get rid of the cellulite on your legs? mine isnt that bad it just bugs me and since swim suit season is coming up i dont want people being like eww look at her! so what kinda of exercises or medicine can get rid of it? thanx a lot!

I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything.. and if you have aplan liek 100 crunches then do this liek that ill rate 5's

hey it's a kind of weird question..but i need to kno! lol well i'm trying to loose weight..BUT yah know how all the skinny girls have small boobs? lol well i think mine r between big n small n i was just wondering if i would run or do sit ups i kno it will make my stomic smaller but will it make my boobs smaller to??

so in the morning i get up do taebo work out on the ab lounger lift weights do jumping jacks and curl ups and i eat oatmeal. for lunch i have a healthy choice meal. i come home do ab longer again jumping jacks lift weights and go for a walk about a mile. before dinner i do ab lounger again curl ups and streatch. i eat a healthy choice meal then after dinner ab longer again and curl ups and before bed i do curl ups. on the ab lounger i do 100 each time and the weights i lift are hand weights. how much could i lose in the next 2-3 months if i keep this up? I rate high thanks!!

In the past couple weeks, ive gained 10-12 lbs and i cant stop freaking out. My exercise and eating habits havent changed and i dont know why but i keep putting on more and more weight. I feel so disgusted with myself. Can anyone explain to me why ive gained all this weight all of the sudden? (No, im not pregnant.) I dont overeat. I actually burn all my calories. Any way i can lose all this weight because exercise and eating healthy arent working?

ok well im 135 pounds does anyone have any good routines i could do for bout an hour a day liek 50 crunches liek that and if i go on the trampoline every day for an house could i lose a pound a week?

i was just wondering if i would run or do crunch's whould that make ur boobs smaller? lol because i just want to loose my belly...but not my boobs..becuz i see gurls that r skinny that have medium size boobs..lol

I play se;ect soccer. I get really really nervous before games and i don't know how not to be. I won't eat anything and i won't talk and i need a way to make my stomaach not hurt before a game and to be less nervous and calm!! Please help thanSS!!

i am in dance and i have to wear 2 piece costumes. My stomach is kind of flabby and I have love handles. Does anyone know how to get rid of these? Also how to tone my inner thighs. If you have a diet and exersise program 4 me it would be appreciated. Thanks for the help in advanced.
p.s i hate running on treadmills and its to cold to run outide

I need to get in shape for this summer-like so bad..I've tried almost everything..Dieting and crunches didn't help..eating less and less didn't help..Not eating for almost a whole day didn't help..and I couldn't really keep up with the eating healthy thing..I just want to look greeaattt in a bikini for this summer..Does anyone know any ways to get in shape? Thanks
