In the past couple weeks, ive gained 10-12 lbs and i cant stop freaking out. My exercise and eating habits havent changed and i dont know why but i keep putting on more and more weight. I feel so disgusted with myself. Can anyone explain to me why ive gained all this weight all of the sudden? (No, im not pregnant.) I dont overeat. I actually burn all my calories. Any way i can lose all this weight because exercise and eating healthy arent working?

you are probably about to have your period. you usually gain weight right before it. you should lose that weight after you have your period. dont worry about it though because it happens to every girl before they have their periods. ]
If you exercise then it could be muscle building up this very well could be the cause for the weight gain.
If you are drinking A LOT of water, By this I mean (Chugging a good couple bottles at a time) Then it could be possible you are gaining water weight
I would consult a doctor if this starts to become any more of a problem ]
Well.. I think it's clear that you are about to start your period! I gaine dabout the same ammount of wait also! ]
1.well if you recently stopped taking a medicine that makes you lose wait thats why
2. if you've been exercising and you've been getting more muscle that is the reason why your gaining wait muscle weighs more than fat ]
well maybe you aren't happy about something going on and stress can make you put on weghit so just try to try not to get stressed over any thing and if that dosen't help maybe go to the doctores for a checkup ]
Well if your still young you might of got to the point where you have lost your metabolism...so just excersise more and try not to eat as much...and if keeps occuring go see a doctor...

umm if could be if your on the pill...you can gain weight by that ]
it could be several things like slow metabolism, growth, puberty, or muscle seein that you work out. its more likely a phase and that ull probably grow out of it soon enuff ]
it might just be cuz your really stressed out...like in the past couple weeks, what has changed? Also it might be that your just hitting puberty...like i used to be a freggin stick..then when i hit about 13 i started gaining pounds and freaked out and went all anerexic...bad idea..dont do that..its just your body growing..i eventully stopped gaining weight and im still skiny i just got a lot taller. stayhealthy and exercise regularly...its all good. ]
Try drinking more water! Weight gain can be caused by anything from weather to stress. It`s okay, don`t freak out! Up your exercise routine and make sure to take vitamins and drink plenty of water!! ]
Well if you already exercise, it could be muscle. In case you didnt know, muscle does weigh more than fat, so hun, dont worry! Every female gains some weight and im sure you still look great. Without thinking maybe you are eating more than normal, so just watch your portions.

Well depending on how old you are and im assuming youre female based on the fact you said you werent pregnant maybe youre hitting puberty late and this is just the part of your body changing to be ready just in case you do become pregnant. If not it might be your metabolism. You can get pills to speed it up or just eat smaller portions and excercise more so the weight goes away and/or tones. ]
if your getting taller you will gain weight. try running every day for like 30 min or go to a gym and exercise ]
It could be your metabolism slowing down. I'm like that my metabolism is fast. I eat and my weight doesn't change. You could just be going through a change in your metabolism. ]
