so in the morning i get up do taebo work out on the ab lounger lift weights do jumping jacks and curl ups and i eat oatmeal. for lunch i have a healthy choice meal. i come home do ab longer again jumping jacks lift weights and go for a walk about a mile. before dinner i do ab lounger again curl ups and streatch. i eat a healthy choice meal then after dinner ab longer again and curl ups and before bed i do curl ups. on the ab lounger i do 100 each time and the weights i lift are hand weights. how much could i lose in the next 2-3 months if i keep this up? I rate high thanks!!
