I know your situation. I workout 5-6 times a week with weights and aerobics. The way to lose weight is not complicated. The key is to: WATCH WHAT YOU EAT. In order to lose weight, you have to fuel you body. When you don't eat, or eat very little on a daily basis, your body goes into starvation mode. When this happens, your body begins to feed on muscle for energy, NOT FAT. Also, when you do eat, your body will convert that food to fat quicker. You have to eat healthy (you can eat as many fruits and vegetables as you want). At first, it will be tough, but after about 1-2 weeks, it becomes progressively easier. You're looking for tone, so you need to do more cardiovascular workouts (running, biking, swimming). Light weight for high reps will also help. Crunches alone will not get your abs that much better. You have to do various movements to get the different angles. Take it slow and find a motivation and hold on to it. I hope you meet your goal; it depends on how much you want it. Friendly advice from Caleb.

if you really want to lose weigh do not dont eat oe tour body will take everything you eat and store it as fat.for your legs walk or run for your abs you can do crunched but there only shoeing results under your fat so you have to eat healthier

Exercise. Do lots and lots of cardio to burn your fat; crunches help, but that basically builds the muscle under the fat--which doesn't mean a damn thing if you can't see it.

Don't not eat; this will slow your metabolism and make it even harder to burn fat. If you don't eat, you'll lose your muscle content, not your fat. Don't expect a miracle when it comes to getting in shape; it takes time and effort, and it will not happen within 2 days. If you lose 30 lbs in two days, chances are it's mostly water, not fat, and will come back.

EXERCISE!!!!! The best sports that would get you in shape are : swimming (the best), tennis, dancing , aerobics and jogging. For your abdomen, do sit ups. For other parts, search the internet for moves that would get you in shape cause I dunno what theyre called.

okay, dont stop eating! that doesnt help!
keep up with those crunches and try walking around your neighborhood, bike riding, roller blading, skateboarding, ect. also playing other sports such as, football, hockey, tennis, lacross, field hockey, soccer, and baseball or softball will help!

eat 3 good sized meals a day! and make sure that they are healthy!

or 5 smaller, but healthy, meals a day!

the results take some time!

also, if you still attend school, and your school has a weight room, see if you can stay after school and work there! when i went to the weight room at my school, it helped a lot!!

:)

GOOD LUCK!
You're Gonna Look Great!

Hope I Helped-

as it was all ready said..exercise, a lot..and if you're as motivated as it sounds, you're going to have to eat healthy..everytime you pick something up thats not healthy..think of how badly you want to wear a bikini, and you might just lose your appetite for that kind of food ;-)..if that doesnt help then tell the people you eat around what you're doing and tell them to make sure you dont digest any junk food..and if worst comes to worse..one pieces are really that bad either ;-)

I've found a great way to look greeeatt as you put it is keep a food diary it helps you know how much and what your eating habits are! Really thuogh STARVING YOURSELF WILL NOT HELP! Just keep active, take the stairs, go for a jog sit ups whilst watching tv or stretches, stretching helps. Just remember to eat healthy like snack on fruit nuts ect eat like a squirrel and you'll be fine!! Sure you'll look great!!! Luv Joolz
