I want to tone my stomach. I know how to do crunches for my upper abs, but my lower abs are just not getting toned. does anyone know any great workouts for your lower abs, or maybe even upper and lower combined? but, I have a meet on monday! (Im asking this on Saturday Morning) and I have HORRIBLE pains in my knees and ankels when i run, and after i run i have the pains in my ankels. it always feels like my i am going to sprain my ankel!
I have pratice in about an hour!
so, i need some help! what should i do to make myself go faster, despite the pains.
I know how to at the meet because i only have to do it one time, but at pratice wtih the continous working, what should I do??
and any ways to go faster, and im in the 4X1 relay! anyone have sugestions for that either?
Also- I know what the pains are coming from-its the track.

I just started cheerleading this year and it was really hard for me to do anything, like tumbling or stunting, because I have like no upper body strength. This is mostly because of my wrists, they're weak and crack a lot. I did gymnastics about a year ago but it made my wrists worse. What I want to know is, is there anyway for me to build up some arm strength so I can start doing gymnastics again?
for your arms do about 20 pushups a day also lift weights with a wristband on and start with liek 5 pound and work your way up also do chinups pullups and you could also face the wall and do a push-up but your standing so its less impact so its like the wall is the floor. JESSiCA

well it depends on what your skin is liek but dont wear makeup to cover it up it makes it worse. try not touching your face to get less pimples and what worked for me was clearsil ans strides wiped alachol free. hopw it works. x0x00x0x Jess
