What are some really good exercises that get your heart pumping that you can do when it's kinda cold?? It's in the 20's or 30's. I want to stay in shape for fitness testing. thanx, i rate all 5's.

vicki2k50 answered Friday February 25 2005, 12:13 pm: Try dancing around the room for half an hour of so to your fave songs. I always have a dance in the morning just when i get it. If it's really cold, I suggest you workout indoors in a gym or your personal home. For exercises, there's jogging, jumping jacks, jump roping, dancing, workout videos, etc. just use your imagination! :) [ mylinhthan's advice column | Ask mylinhthan A Question ]
