What are some really good exercises that get your heart pumping that you can do when it's kinda cold?? It's in the 20's or 30's. I want to stay in shape for fitness testing. thanx, i rate all 5's.

you could jump rope or jog in place or walk around or a tredmil if you ahve one if you have workout equiptment liek a bike use that. JESSiCA

Here are some things you can do. You can do push ups, jumping jacks, running or jogging, and also you could jump rope... Well i think thats all i can think of..! i hope i helped a little!! and good luck wih everything*~ =)

uMm i dont know many exercises but you can go to a local gym, go to the library or a video store and pick up so workout tapes that you can do. I hoped i helped please rate! thanks xo0 =)

Try dancing around the room for half an hour of so to your fave songs. I always have a dance in the morning just when i get it. It starts your day of to a refreshing start and its helpping me to contorl my weight as well. Hope this is good advice. xx

join a gym--some gyms have like program thingss u can join. or try likee pilates!! or a treadmill.

If it's really cold, I suggest you workout indoors in a gym or your personal home. For exercises, there's jogging, jumping jacks, jump roping, dancing, workout videos, etc. just use your imagination! :)

You can do cardio exercises such as jump roping, running, or jogging. These are some exercises that will help get your heart to pump so you can stay in shape.
