What are some really good exercises that get your heart pumping that you can do when it's kinda cold?? It's in the 20's or 30's. I want to stay in shape for fitness testing. thanx, i rate all 5's.
join a gym--some gyms have like program thingss u can join. or try likee pilates!! or a treadmill.

Okay kiddos...this probley sounds really lame...but There is this guy and he is a grade below me....well ne ways me and him talkled on the fun Frday and Saturday last weekend and we say hi to each other at school....well ne ways his friends keep asking me if I like him and i was like yea...and then he and i were talking and he said he wants to get to know me better....but i want to know if i should ask him out or not!! See, last night I put in my tampon at about 6:00. I wore it all night long and accidentally fell asleep with it in and wore it until 9:00 this morning. My stomach hurts a little but maybe that's because i got a little drunk last night? I dont know though, I'm scared because i've read so many things about Toxic Shock Syndrome. So what should i do? ive been back and forth with my mom and dad. I seem to only cause problems. im 13 and im tired of hurting people in dec i tried to commit suicide by cutting 3 of my veins and i jumped off a 3 story building i hate putting people through misery so my next idea is to run away, but are there any other options, and i have tried talking i just did but its not workin so pleaze dont say talk to your mom cuz it aint happinin and no rude comments either
if you think you're putting people thru misery now, just imagine what'd happen if you commited suidice. everybody would be devestated. i knew someone that commited suicide and it's NOT THE ANSWER. please don't do it. i'm begging you. don't run away, because then that'd be the same result. you'd make yourself more miserable, and that's not right. if you really want help, try a counselor. they'd help you bunches, even if it's just to talk. just knowing that somebody's there for you is a great feeling. please don't end your life now. your time will come when it's your time to go.

i have a naturally quiet voice, especially when singing, any advice on how to sing louder? i have to sing in fron of judges ina couple weeks and thats one thing i would like to work on

In my school should I do lacrosse or track? I like them both but I'm not sure which to try out for. Can someone give me their opionon? Please don't say one is better than the other give me reasons why. Thank you!
i play lax, but idk. we ran SOO much, but i guess it depends on who your coach is. but in track, you can do different things. idk. i was trying to decide between these two and i chose lacrosse. it's a fun sport.

Heres the story I weigh 140 and I am 15 years old, that is not normal for a 15 year old! I am Fat and people may say i'm not but I am and I've been working out and everything and all that does is makes me hurt all day long the next day, i'm not asking this for people to say oh your not fat i'm asking it because I am very unhappy with how much I weigh and i'm unhappy with the fat on my stomach and legs!I was wondering if there is anything I can do to make all the fat on my stomach and my legs go away and fast I'm so sick of looking and feeling fat i'm sick and tired of it so if anyone can help me out with this please help me! I'll rate very high for anyone who gives me an honest answer, like are their any diet pills I can take that you can buy at wal-mart with out my parents knowing? please who ever can help me with this please do! okay, to start- don't use diet pills. they're not the answer and plus if you want to lose weight, you'd have to diet and exercise with them anyway. oh and by the way, that's not heavy at all. that's a great weight for your age. if you're exercising and it's hurting, maybe you're not stretching good enough? try to make exercising fun. join a sports team so then you could have fun with your friends. most coaches give you plenty of time to stretch too so that you wont be sore. you'll be in shape while having fun. you'll also be proud of yourself for losing weight without the help of a little pill.
