lacrosse! very fun, and not only do you have to be athletic, its a mental game as well. If someone doesnt think its a mental game hit them upside the head. You have to actually be smart in lacrosse, and if you miss track be a middie where you run a lot. Which ever you choose, dont worry its better than baseball lol

i play lax, but idk. we ran SOO much, but i guess it depends on who your coach is. but in track, you can do different things. idk. i was trying to decide between these two and i chose lacrosse. it's a fun sport.

track, but thats my opinion. why? beacause with track you run more, and running can help you in real life situations. its more rewarding too....but whatever you choose is fine, of course! :D

i would say lacrosse.. because in lacrosse you run and like catch a ball and stuff .. and track is just running.. s0o lax. is like it already has track in it ..

Try out for both and if you don't make one..and make the other do the one you made..if you make both then try to be in both if you can..but if you can't be in both you'll just have to choose one..or not be in any at all. I wish you the best!Good Luck!! -Kittygurl90

lacrosse and track are both fun sports to play i myself am in track and i love it if i were you i'd go out for both of them as longas they don't occur around the same time and if they do choose the oneyou feel most comfortable doing and the one you think you'll have the most fun doing

Track its more fun and more people are in it. You can choose from alot of diff. things in track while lacrosse is just one thing. You get to loose alot of weight to and you get toned up while in track and its good habits-trix

i think you should try lacrosse.. it's a lot more active than "just running" like you do in track... and it's definately a lot more fun!! and it's a lot more agressive too.. and competitive i think... you also have a chance to do teamwork unlike track where you just run against your opponents.. it really depends on whether you want to be more independant.. or to have a team that you can depend on.. but really in the end it's your decision.. hope i could help =)
