Ever since I've injured my knee, I've been feeling like I can't do much... and sort of jealous of the kids that can. I usually play with a tennis ball at lunch, but i want my knee to heal! Does anyone have suggestions as to what i can do?

TeenageCupid answered Thursday March 17 2005, 8:35 am: It depends on the injury. I have a knee injury too and Im getting surgery at the end of this month. It's really bugging me too cause I cant run like I used to and I cant play in the basketball games anymore cause I'm scared of hurting my knee. I'm not trying to scare you, but a doctor should know what to do. As I said before, it depends on the injury. Maybe you need a special workout to get it to work as it used to.
