Weight Loss The last couple of weeks i've been noticing that I have been eating A LOT!! now i'm afraid i'm gonna gain a lot of weight. i eat when i get home from school up till dinner and no matter how hard i try, i can't stop!! does anyone have any suggestions? if u do please help!!

Well, you can try eating fruit!!! i think its awesomely cool to eat fruist :'P!! Or play sports or just go outside with friends and walk around the blocks a couple times with them and talk!! Its quite fun i've dont it b4!

Instead of eating fattening snacks, try eating healthy things like celery and berries. Or occupy your mouth by chewing gum or drinking water. Good luck! ]
well instead of being home to eat all day after school, so outside and hang out wth some friends, away from your house (so u cant go in and get anything). that way you wont have anything to eat... unless u pack stuff to go, but you dont want that, lol. ]
Try eating peppermints, I think that's what they're called, (those white and red candies) instead of those snacks after school. It helps me. Good luck. =D ]
well, you can eat as much as you want as long as it's healthy food that wont make you gain a lot of weight. once I went on vacation for a few days, and I ate a lot more than I normally did, so I thought I must've gained like 3-5 pounds, but when I got home and weighed mysef I actually lost 2 pounds. I know it's strange, but just because you eat a lot it doesnt mean you're going to gain a lot of weight. just make sure you're eating healthy, and you'll be fine
- also, a tip is that when you're hungry, you should drink around 8 glasses of water. that way your body will be refreshed, and you wont be hungry anymore ]
when you come home from school eat a small healthy snack like fruit or something and stop. Fill the time between your after school snack and dinner with activities that you like to do. like hanging out with friends, reading or w/e your hobby is. Just try to keep busy after school so you can keep your mind off of eating. Hope i helped ]
You can eat a lot of times if you want just don't eat big bunches of stuff! Try to stay away from yummy junk food.
Probably won't hurt you if you are staying active.It's when you sit doing nothing that it will catch you.Stay active. ]
Why dont you try high metabolism shakes. They taste good and are good for you!! ]

Its not the fact you cant stop. Its the fact you dont really want to stop. The only real answer to helping you of course is STOP. Now everyone will post the "stop" fashion of you loosing your weight and stopping this gross habit. They just wont word it and blatelnty put "stop". The only way to fix it is stop. ]
