karenR answered Tuesday March 22 2005, 7:03 pm: You can't. They make all these creams they say will work but they don't.I'd try doing some walking and see if that helps. [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]

sparta answered Tuesday March 22 2005, 6:15 pm: hey. Everyone suffers from a little celiulite, but that doesn't meen you have to take this assualt on your legs. You can try creams and pills but lets face it, if they really worked don't you think everyone would be using them, or wouldn't you have to pay top dollar for this magical elixar? No they don't work. What will work though is excersise! Get down on all fours, face forward. Now lift you leg up high! Stretch those toes to your head. Do this with each leg about 20 times. It should only take a few minutes. Do this every day untill you see an improvement. Also if you have access to a gym, or someone who has excersice equipment do some leg strength training. If you do all this for about a month you will see a diffrence. By the time you put on that bathing suit you'll have people asking you whats diffrent about you. Oh and remember cut back on fatty foods. [ sparta's advice column | Ask sparta A Question ]
