ok well im 135 pounds does anyone have any good routines i could do for bout an hour a day liek 50 crunches liek that and if i go on the trampoline every day for an house could i lose a pound a week?

135 isnt fat..depending on how tall you are. if you seriously want to lose weight tho cut down calorie intake and do 100 crunches a day and then trampoline.
