Breakfast- bowl of cereal or oatmeal, piece of toast/waffle/bagle, tea/hot cocoa/milk/OJ.
Lunch- yogurt, french bread sandwich, 1 small cookie, water or no-sugar-added fruit juice, crackers.
Dinner- 1 small serving pasta, 1 slice bread, 1 glass milk, 4 spoonfuls corn, one small cookie (avoid dessert if possible- your body burns calories slower at night).
Exercise- do something aerobic- jogging or dance- for 15 minutes, then 15 minutes of situps, bicycles, or pushups, then 10 more minuts of aerobic and a cooldown. At least 5 times a week.

lildiamyn_69 answered Friday March 18 2005, 5:58 pm: I have those a little but it doesn't bother me much.
Since it's too cold to walk, which would've been my first suggestion, i hope you like to dance, because that's what i'm recommending!
Put on some of your favorite fast-paced music and dance! Try to use your abs a lot, because it will help flatten them and your tummy won't poke out so much.
Don't just move around- make up new moves and such. Use your muscles and break a sweat!
But if you know a little yoga, you can do some simple poses before you start dancing to help your muscles get loose and ready.
This should be fun, and if you drink lots of water everyday, you should see results in a little while.
Try not to drink more than 1 or 2 cold drinks a week, because these are the things that add to love handles and fat on your tummy.
Now, in between, when you're not dancing, you could just do some yoga or try this to help flatten your stomach(it won't really get rid of the fat, but thats what the dancing is for)
1.Lay on your back.
2.Pull in your tummy and squeeze your abs.
3.Use the abs to lift your hips off the floor.
4.Hold for a few seconds, then slowly lower them back down.
Your hips dont have to come very far, but it'll be easier with more practice. It's kinda fun, too!
But use all these hand in hand, and if you stick with it,I promise it'll work! =D

If you need anything else, just send me something. ♥ Kristen [ ballerina04's advice column | Ask ballerina04 A Question ]
redxroses answered Friday March 18 2005, 5:50 pm: My teacher told me lovehandles won't go away and that most people have the, sorry. To lose inner thigh fat you need to eat a balanced diet and do other fitness workouts besides ones just for inner thighs. Here are some good exercises for inner thighs are squatting, leg presses, leg extensions, and leg curls. Good luck! =D [ redxroses's advice column | Ask redxroses A Question ]
