lose weight what are some exersises i can do daily to help lose weight?

ok well only drink water eat 5 small healthy meals a day 50 crunches when you wake up 50 before you go to bed you can take a walk around yer block or run and you can juss dance around yer room for liek an hour listening to musick and when you talk on hte phone stand or when you do anything that you can stand doing but you sit stand .. hope i helped. Cut out the fatty food like sweets and chocolate, eat more health stuff like nuts and fruit and vegtables like carrots and loads more.
Walking the dogs if you have then playing football or other sports you enjoy. You could rid a bike. Streaches and pushups can help just go on google have a look.
