I have a bit of flub going over the top of my jeans. Do you know any good work outs for abs? Preferably the lower abs!! thats where i need it the most

I'm a 16/F... about 5'9 and 142 pounds. I'm trying to lose my flabby stomach. I work out almost every day and am really eating healthy. A few pounds have started to shed off but i'm noticing that my breats are getting smaller as well... which I don't want at all!! Is there a way to tone up my stomach without losing my boobs. This is a serious question... please give me some advice.

im really not comfortable with my body and i wanna try a diet..but i eat way too much and people always tell me how im not fat but they dunno that i suck it in all the time. This summer i wanna have a hot body and i dunno what to do! Does anybody know of any workouts that'll help me loose some pounds on my stomach?..thanks

im really happy with the rest of my body, and only my arms are big and flabby. for prom i want to lose the fat on my arms, and tone them up. im a gymnast, and we do TONS of pushups at practice, and it doesnt do anything. i want to lose the fat on my tricep mostly. does anyone know any tricks? we have a formal coming up in a couple of months and i want to look good in my dress.

I'm not FAT but i definitely need some help. I'm 5'4, i just gained like 15 lbs over spring break because of yummy food (130lbs), I wear size 3short jeans, I have d cups, my tummy is the biggest problem area (lower tummy) but also my legs, butt, and arms need work.. so basically everything! I need to loose 20lbs as quick as possible and I need to learn how to keep it off. I'm a sweet freak sometimes... which i know is bad. Do you know any work out I could do? Do you know a plan? like run 50000 miles every other day and on the off days go to the gym and use (you say which machines here) about 5 times. or SOMETHING! I need help and I cant afford a trainer. I also have dance team tryouts on the 20th. so I have to keep flexible but i hate yoga ...

Okay My cousin who is like i think 12 or 13 is here. She wants 2 know if she is fat.. (her name is Raychel by the way) she is 5 feet tall....12 years old....and 110 pounds.. is that fat? She said she wont get offended.. she just wants 2 know the truth!
I'd tell her but shes wearign a big sweatshirt and wont show me her stomach!
and this is the 1st tiem ive seen her in 5 years

Hey im looking to tone my belly up its alreayd slim but has no shape.. i dont want to be like a musle man [coz im a girl] and i want muserly'er legs than i have becuase my legs look fat at the moment and also my arms.. yeah anyway.. what weight or work out or HOW DO I TONE OUT MY BELLY??!?! Please list.. i could use my brothers weights maybe or is that for your arms.. or that pole with weights on the end..? or maybe a simple run up and down the stairs? i dont know you tell me ! please lol :P

I am a 14 y/o guy who is about 115 lbs and 5'6". By far I am one of the smaller guys in our class. I have been working out for a month or so. However just like everyone else knows, working out isn't the only thing that's gunna get you in shape. What other things (food,activities, etc)can I do to help my body a little bit.
I REFUSE TO USE STEROIDS OR ANY OTHER MEDICAL WAY, I AM GOING TO DO THIS NATURALLY.

Why aren't you supposed to do sit-ups/crunches everyday? How many should a beginner do? Any other ideas to tone your stomach?

Every day in Phys Ed, we go to my school's weight room and I always work on my legs and my stomach because I want to tone my stomach. I've been getting alot of remarks about me trying to tone my stomach. I'm happy with the weight that I'm at, I don't think I'm fat but I want to tone my stomach more so that my love handles aren't hanging out over my pants (it's really not that bad though). I'm just trying to tone up and make my stomach stronger before I have to start practicing for fencing during the summer. i decided i need to get into shape. so today i did 100 sit-ups (within 15 minutes.. i know, that's a LONG time =(..). is that too much to start with? does anyone have any other good exercising tips, for your stomach? (besides sit-ups and crunches).
also, can you do sit-ups by laying down and then going up, instead of bending your legs? Because i don't bend my legs.. so maybe it's not considered a sit-up.
