im really not comfortable with my body and i wanna try a diet..but i eat way too much and people always tell me how im not fat but they dunno that i suck it in all the time. This summer i wanna have a hot body and i dunno what to do! Does anybody know of any workouts that'll help me loose some pounds on my stomach?..thanks

Try jogging everyday. Start off little, and gradually increase your speed & or distance. Try eating more healthfully, and less portions when you have your meals.

But anyways, the exercises that I do that seem to work are crunches or sit ups. When you first start, only do a little bit (say 20 on each side). Exercise every night, and when you do so, slowly build up, until you're doing around 50 or more. After a while, you'll really see the effect. montrealfan answered Monday April 11 2005, 7:15 pm: you start off small like 20 and add 10 for 2 weeks at a time till you get to 50 and if your stomachs strong enough you can do 100. also take a break every two days. like on thursday and friday do exercising and take a break on saturday. also work some jump rope into that. and if you wnat to build muscle on your arms do small weights at first and then build up. also eat right and don't starve or binge and purge. salads good and diet pop works great.MOST IMPORTANTLY REMEBER TO START OFF SMALL AND GRADUALY BUILD UP AS YOU GO!

It is really corny but it actually works well and is fun! I would also try to cut out some of the fatty foods. like don't eat chips, instead have like carrots, or even popcorn!!! xoJoElenox answered Monday April 11 2005, 6:10 pm: i have the same problem! i know im fat, even though my friends dont think i am, cause i have ways of hiding it, but my mom was big too, and its not just working out that you need to do to its actually dieting! i seriously recommend weight watchers, my mom has been on it, and she lost 120 lbs! and its the coolest diet, cause its not your even on a diet, and for work outs, i would do crunches, which toughens up your tummy, and anything in releavence with that! hope i helped, ask me any time,

Karen answered Monday April 11 2005, 6:02 pm: You need to do abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups. This will tone your stomach and you won't need to suck in all the time anymore. Try running/jogging, roller blading, and riding a bicycle and that will help too.
