im really not comfortable with my body and i wanna try a diet..but i eat way too much and people always tell me how im not fat but they dunno that i suck it in all the time. This summer i wanna have a hot body and i dunno what to do! Does anybody know of any workouts that'll help me loose some pounds on my stomach?..thanks (link)

Cardio cardio cardio. Running would be your best bet. Cut down on soda. Try and eat smaller portions but more often throughout the day. This will boost your metabolism. Also be sure and eat breakfast. This will also help in raising your metabolism. Not eating fast food will also really help.

Every gel I use for my hair, makes my hair greyish and flakey. I have used numerous types and its always the same.
Is it my hair?
If not, what gel would *you* reccomend?

Apply the gel to damp, towel dried hair. Don't comb or try to style after the gel has dried in your hair. Also you might want to try going to your local hair salon and asking for a good gel. They'll be able to tell you a good product for what you want to do with your hair.

Okay, so I played the lead character opposite a guy friend of mine in our school's spring play. The only problem was, we were good friends before, but we had to actually kiss onstage, no stage kissing, no angling it - it was real.
The first time he kissed me, it was during an excercise we were doing for our drama teacher to "develop our characters' relationship," and we both got really into it.
The day after that, he wouldn't look at me, and ever since then our friendship has been...awkward? I mean like, we used to talk about everything, now every conversation we have seems to be awkward and forced, almost as if we're afraid to talk.
The play's over now, and our friendship is sort of going back to normal, but there's still a little...awkwardness to it. I never got a crush on him, but my character definitely liked his character, and his definitely liked mine. But we never liked each other as who we really are...if that makes any sense...Why do you think all the awkwardness happened? I'm just curious to see what you all think. (link)

It's probably because he feels a romantic tension that wasn't there before. Perhaps the kiss sparked feelings inside of him, and he doesn't know how to deal with them. The best thing to do would be to bring up the recent awkwardness, maybe during a phone call or on instant messenger so he can be more relaxed about answering.

I am 19 and haven't dated in a year becuase i am tired of going out with people i know will not really mean anything. I recently started hanging out with an old friend, in which we get along great. One night a group of four people were debating and me and her agreed on everything. She is a very sweet girl and we share a strong passion for God. After my last breakup i kinda started to go away from god somewhat, and recently I have been coming back to him, and she really makes me want to countinue strengthening my walk with god. That is a rough situation. Seek God first, and he will guide your steps. Don't "settle" for a girl because you feel lonely. Patience is the key here, and I know it's a hard thing to have. Treat her as a sister in the Lord for now, and don't let things go past friendship. No cuddling, kissing, etc. It just wouldn't be fair to either of you.
