Hey im looking to tone my belly up its alreayd slim but has no shape.. i dont want to be like a musle man [coz im a girl] and i want muserly'er legs than i have becuase my legs look fat at the moment and also my arms.. yeah anyway.. what weight or work out or HOW DO I TONE OUT MY BELLY??!?! Please list.. i could use my brothers weights maybe or is that for your arms.. or that pole with weights on the end..? or maybe a simple run up and down the stairs? i dont know you tell me ! please lol :P

COWMOOOOOOOOoinkPIG answered Friday April 8 2005, 8:25 pm: for your arms, just do like arm curls with weights. for your stomach, pick a number of crunch to do (small) and if you watch tv a lot every time its a commercial do like 25 crunches, in very little time (a couple of weeks) you should have a very toned stomach. and for you legs, attach a weight to your foot and lay on your side with the foot with the weight on top. then like lift your leg up slowly and put it back down. Karen answered Friday April 8 2005, 6:58 pm: To tone out your stomach/abdominal, you need to do crunches or sit ups to tone your belly out. Even riding a bike or running and jogging will help tone your stomach.
To tone your legs to make them have more muscle, then you need to run or jog (basically anywhere such as running up and down your stairs, like you've mentioned). You can also do squats, lunges, and leg lifts too and all of these exercises will help make your legs have more muscle.
To tone your arms, you can lift those regular weights that are small and go by pounds, such as your brother's weights. You can also to push ups and this will tone your arms.
