WestsideAngel answered Monday April 11 2005, 4:06 pm: Crunches,sit-ups,abb workouts....ect. Any of these are very helpful. You should make it a routine of doing them though. Like maybe 3-4 times a week or everyday if you want to get slim fast.(And if you had the time.) These should help a lot. Goodluck!

Going to a track and walking a mile or 2 whenever you can will help you lose weight and might add muscle to your legs so they don't look so slim, makingyou look more proportioned.
