abs I have a bit of flub going over the top of my jeans. Do you know any good work outs for abs? Preferably the lower abs!! thats where i need it the most

out your hands under your butt then lay down. lift your feet six inches off the ground, then lift them straight into the air. do this over and over...the lower abs will start to burn. ]
To tone your lower abdominal, you can do crunches and sit ups, and even running/jogging will help tone your lower abdominal. ]

do all kindza crunches and don't eat lotsa junk food...I myself do 100 crunches in the morning, 50 crunches when i get home from school, and 100 before i go to sleep and i drink lots of water. i have been doing this for about a month and my stomach is pretty flat..hope this helps =]..rate me if ya want ]
i would do 100 or so crunches a day. ]
hey just do 100 crunches or sit ups every morning until you like your results! ]
