verizon, help please!!

I have a Verizon Wireless Prepaid phone. The airtime date on it has expired, but today I just bought 15 dollars more worth of minutes... and I dialed the customer service number, which was 1-888-294-6804
I tried to reactivate the phone, since the airtime expired... but it keeps asking me to enter a passcode. I don't have a passcode. The only thing I could think of is they mean my voicemail password, but everytime I entered that, the recording told me it was incorrect.
I don't ever remember having a passcode. Where would I get that? and if I for some reason forget it, How do I find it out again?
I tried going to websites, and I tried talking to an actual person, but they said they didn't deal with...

So today in history class, my teacher was talking about JFK's assassination. He brought in a book and everything and explained how it was impossible that Lee Harvey Oswald was the only person involved. Anyways, it was REALLY interesting. It really got my attention so I guess I'm hooked :) does anyone know any books that have like a LOT of government conspiracy stories in it... I googled it and all but I'd rather have people's opinions then going out and not really knowing what I'm looking for :) so thanks a LOT! I'll rate each answer according to content :)

ok so i ahve a bf we've been together for 9 monthes now and I am feeling really stressed about how was spend alot of time together, that is due to the fact that he is currently living at my house but will be leaving shortlye. Hey, I've never had a boyfriend before (just to get that out there), but I HAVE been asked out by a lot of boys.
Here's the thing though--I have this really weird issue with getting mad at the boys who ask me out! It's usually if I'm talking to them, like, alone (usually over the internet) and they ask me out, I begin nicely and say "I'm sorry, that's really sweet, but I just don't really like you like that." and then it allll goes downhill from there. So there's this guy that I really hate but I'm sort of friends with at the same time... I know that doesn't really make sense :S He's really annoying and has like no life but he follows me around so I talk to him and everything. So the other night over facebook, he asked me out. OMG so my curler broke, and i really need my hair curled, but i want to do it myself, so how do you curl your hair with a flat iron? i youtubed it and wikihow.com but it just didnt work out as well as id hoped...actually it sucked. and it was terrible, like i had to shower to actually make my hair presentable. My ex and I have been broken up for several months. We don't talk at all and go to the same college. I don't see him daily, but we'll cross paths ocassionally and I do know his schedule. Some days I will change my route or come early/late just so he will see me and possibly say something. It's ridiculous that I still do this when the relationship has been over for awhile. I even ask myself "what are you doing?" while I'm waiting for him, but he still gives me those butterflies. How do I get over this? Time has not helped and my friends and family are way beyond tired of hearing about it.

I've been dating my boyfriend for 11 months now and I'm not sure where it's headed. I'm 32, he's almost 35. I'm a divorced single mom of two kids, he's never been married and doesn't have kids. We both have our own place and are both very independent people. During the week, he usually comes to my house for dinner and stays for an hour or 2.
