i need to know were would i be able to get a 911 tape recording

911? umm Youtube could help you here just type in 911 call (if you meant 9/11 as in the date of the twin towers collapse then youtube can help you ALOT for that subject) but for 911 calls as in emergency services. just find a recording on youtube then if you need to download it use this website

Vixy is pretty unreliable when it comes to it but it will convert videos into mpeg format and other things, it will also download just the videos Audio if needed.

If you do just want the videos audio then us this website, it works much more often than vixy does.
