Can anyone recommend any workouts I can do to tighten up my lower ab region? i'd prefer something i could do with free weights, or just no weights at all

with summer here and all i really want to look good in my bathingsuit. i just started last week doing about 100 crunches everymorning. i have small love handles and i want to get read of them anybody know what i can do to loose them?

im 13 5foot and 106 or 107 pounds and my stomach isfat when ever i sit down u can seemy gutandits discusting ihate ithowcan i loose wiehgt fomr just mystomach? i havegreat legsso i dont wannachange that orfrom my but only mystomach i jsus wanta flat stomach and wehn u touch it its hard how can i get this?

I asked for a few dance dvd's for my birthday and my mum bought them for me, I do the warm-up routine every day and nown and again I do the dances. I been doing this every single day in the mornings since 22nd may. I also go to a dance school on Thursdays for an hour and I dance when im about places. Plus i do P.E 2 times a week and I was wondering how long will it take me to get fit and healthy and start to look good to? Im on a balanced diet too. Thanks

Hey, I wanna buy one of those machines where you press a button and the thing starts moving (It's like where you run)..and you can control the speed and stuff. It's like a flat side that moves while you run..anyways, I wonder what it's called and how much it costs? Thanks, I rate mostely 5s! <3

Hey well i have a problem....over the times i really didnt care how i looked but now i start seeing really skinny girls and well i kinda think i'm fat i dont know why i never really care how i looked but now its like all of a sudden im not happy with how i look.. so......how can i loose 28lbs in like 2 weeks?if its not possible then tell me how long it would take to loose those lbs(pounds) and what should i do to loose them???? any advice??? PLEEZ HELP I RATE MOSTLY 5's

I really need to get in shape this summer but I can't find a gym..I finally found one near me..Bally total fitness gym..is that place for adults only? (I'm 15/F) ..can you bring guests? Do you have to join? Do you have to take a class there or can you just walk in and start working out? Please help..I will rate 5's I PROMISE!

What's a good way to tone down your hips so they don't stick out as much? I don't have a big frame, it's just my hips are a bit on the bigger side.

okay, i was going through this depresion after my girlfriend cheeted on me and i drowned my sorows in popcorn. in 3 weeks i ganed ten pounds and now way like 96 pounds, this is slowing down my mile running and it makes me self consient about swimming. can you tell me a fast way to lose weight besideds pushups.(ive got that covered).

i just play basketball((in 7 grade ther is athletics))but in off season i get really lazy and gain weight. but this year i dont want to. is there anything i can do in off season((summmer )) i can do like sports wise. what should i do

I am going to the beach in 3 weeks and i was wondering, what are some ways to tone up your stomich area? I am not realy confident but i love my bathing suit and i want to feel nice in it. I am 5'3 female that weighs 120pounds, Im 13 in 7th grade. i do cheerleadin in the summer and it keeps me moving and in fit but its only the second year of doing it...but that doesnt start till the 22nd of next month!!!
I just want some simple stuff to do like before bed.. like quick exercises maybe a website or two! Thanks!!!
