Track, long distance. If you have a treadmill, get on the treadmill for an hour a day, and do about 5 miles ,4 days a week. or go to the nearest track and do 20 laps in an hour, also 5 miles. this will burn about 500 fat calories and about 650 calories. That will keep you in shape. :)

Practice basketball with friends, or by yourself. Run daily, because you need to run to play basketball. Soccer helps with running too. Practice. Practice. Practice.

you can stay on a rough diet. Like no rice, no oily foods(which is hard to give up) no fried foods. You get my drift. and you can try to workout more too.Like walking 2 miles everyday. then speed it up to jogging then running. And you can like play street basketball as well. not only is it fun but you can work on your game as well.

Well, if you there is a local gym in your area that's not too far from home, sign up and work out at the gym a few times a week. Or if you have a pool or a local YMCA, swim. It is one of the best exercises you can do. It works EVERY muscle in your body. Go for walks around 6:00 at night. The weather is nice around that time. Get your Mom or Dad to go with you. Those are just some ways to keep fit. An alternate sport you could try out for is soft ball. Hope I helped!
