advice
me and my mom dont have a very good relationship! i am 13! i want to tell her so many things but i am usually too embarrassed to tell her! there isnt really anybody else to talk to about stuff! i want to be able to tell her what happens at school and who i am going out with! i would also like to get her to let me go to the movies on friday nights! dont say jsut talk to her about it bc i cant! its not that easy! thanx!
I understand completely what you mean. My mother and I have never had the BEST relationship either. Thankfully, I have a big sister I can talk to. But there are just some times when you need a mother's opinion or just some things you need to talk with her about. I know I am always too embarrassed to talk to my parents about that stuff. BUT she IS your mother, and there are going to come times when you're gonna have to talk to her about this stuff. The whole boyfriend and friend thing, she'll understand. She was once a kid too. Same goes for the movie thing. So just get up the courage and TALK TO HER! She's your mom! It'll be fine...it's not like she gonna thing you're dumb or abnormal. You might could try TJ MAX or ROSS'S. They have a lot of AE,Tommy Hilfiger,Billabong,Fox, and A&F clothes there for really good prices. I always make sure to go to one of those stores when on a big shoppin trip. Saves money and you look cute! Hope that helps!

i just play basketball((in 7 grade ther is athletics))but in off season i get really lazy and gain weight. but this year i dont want to. is there anything i can do in off season((summmer )) i can do like sports wise. what should i do
Well, if you there is a local gym in your area that's not too far from home, sign up and work out at the gym a few times a week. Or if you have a pool or a local YMCA, swim. It is one of the best exercises you can do. It works EVERY muscle in your body. Go for walks around 6:00 at night. The weather is nice around that time. Get your Mom or Dad to go with you. Those are just some ways to keep fit. An alternate sport you could try out for is soft ball. Hope I helped!

I dont know what the category of this is but.. Ok, heres the story this may be long but i'm not sure so if it is i'm sorry but I need all the help i can get with this question. Ok I recently spent the night with a friend of mine and while I was there her dad tried hitting on me asked me if I would have sex with him and asked me if he could kiss me and I said no, and I dont know what to do, her dad even pulled out his thing in front of me which is nasty and after all this happened I didnt go to sleep that night, I stayed up all night watching movies confused on what I should do, I mean should I get a lawer and get him sent to jail or what I am so confused and I dont know what to do, please if anyone can answer this for me I will rate high, and please who ever reads this and gives me an answer dont make jokes about it because this is very serious, thanks to everyone who answers, by the way I will rate high...Thanks advicenators!

Girl you have got to tell your parents! And like someone else told you... tell his wife. So that way if your friend has other ppl over she will keep an eye on him. I'm sure your parents will press charges...you might nothave much of a friendship with your friend anymore but if this sick guy tried that with you...he could possibly be raping and/or molesting his daughter too! If this is the case you can get her out of it too. This man is sickening! YOU MUST TELL YOUR PARENTS! Dont be scared of the outcome! I fully support your decision.

Just because you got your girlfriend pregnant DOES NOT mean you have to get married. My sister's friend is 17 and had a babyabout 2 or 3 months ago and she and her boyfriend are not married. Although I'm not exactly sure of what your parent's response would be...you're going to have to tell them sooner or later. But the sooner the better...this baby is going to be here and you have to take responsiblity for it. Just tell them to please understand and not yell at you b/c you have enough going on right now and you know that it is a big deal and it's going to take alot of maturity and responsibility...but you have gotten your girlfriend pregnant and she should definatly tell her parents too... I mean they will eventually find out...I don't think her parents will be able to avoid seeing their daughter's stomach and then a baby on her hip...Hope that helps.

Hi, I'm a 14 year old, girl Freshman. Recently this guy moved to my school. He is a Senior and he rides my bus on the way to school and from school. After a few weeks of being here, he started to talk to me. He got me to write him notes and I only like him as a friend. But quickly after that he began asking personal questions like, "Are you a virgin?", "What have you done with guys?", or "Do you want another guy to do that to you?" He doesn't want me to go out with any other guy. He wants me to go out with him. It is getting really annoying. Why don't you just ignore him. Now I know that might sound like something your mother would say, but honestly I think it would work. He would eventually get the picture. I know what you mean by his perverted remarks. But sometimes that's just a guy for you.
