does anyone know any really good, healthy diets? Or any good ideas for a health breakfast, lunch, or dinner... it'd help a lot. thank you appreiciate it
OrangeChikn answered Thursday May 26 2005, 8:03 pm: Healthy breakfast- omelette...3 eggs with 2 T. of milk and salt and pepper... cook and when it's almost done melt cheese and whatever vegetablse you want. Drink with orange juice...so healthy!
Michele answered Thursday May 26 2005, 7:39 pm: I know a good diet plan, it was in a book written long ago. I followed it and lost 45 lbs. It is called the Fat TO Muscle Diet. I forgot who it is by. It is in paperback now, and should be very cheap. You may be able to find a copy on this site. www.half.com
