does anyone know of any exercises that strengthen your arms so you can surve over hand with alot more power (besides push-ups) thanks alot!

i would do weights. the good thing about weights is you start off small and then you get bigger weights so you can see and feel yourself improving. rate me if this helps.

for your upperarms sit on the edge of a low chair.slide your butt off the front of the chair and have your feet shoulder width apart. keep your back close to the chair and slowly bend down till your butt 6" from the ground.straighten your arm to lift back up to the chair.

that should help upper arms for the strong serve

what i do is i lift 10 pounds a day 150 times. it works! it's not gona help that quickly but in like a month or something you get a lot stronger! you should try it, it really works!

well first pratice serving overhand and mabey you can like do some pushups and then mabey do pull ups . hope it works jess
