PrInCeSs_ask answered Thursday May 26 2005, 1:41 pm: for your upperarms sit on the edge of a low chair.slide your butt off the front of the chair and have your feet shoulder width apart. keep your back close to the chair and slowly bend down till your butt 6" from the ground.straighten your arm to lift back up to the chair.
