Im a bit fat person. i just want to know that i eat water melon alot so is it good for dieting perpose or will it make me more fat?? please do answer my question. i will be very grateful.

Watermelon, as any fruit, is a great healthy thing to eat. it is all natural and has good energy calories and no fat and no sugar. Its perfectly fine, and will not make yu fat but also drink lots of water and work out at least 30 minutes 3 times a week even if its just takeing a walk... hope i helped jess

does anyone know of any exercises that strengthen your arms so you can surve over hand with alot more power (besides push-ups) thanks alot!

well first pratice serving overhand and mabey you can like do some pushups and then mabey do pull ups . hope it works jess
