Is water melon fattening??

Im a bit fat person. i just want to know that i eat water melon alot so is it good for dieting perpose or will it make me more fat?? please do answer my question. i will be very grateful.

I don't think it is. It's a bit sugary but it's mostly water. (green tea will help speed up your metabolism and burn an extre 200+ calories because of all the anti-oxidents in it ^_~)

Watermelon is a fruit. Therefore it is good for you. But make sure you don't jsut eat watermelon. Eat a balanced meal. You can get one from mypyramid.gov....they'll have a food pyramid for you there.

Watermelon, as any fruit, is a great healthy thing to eat. it is all natural and has good energy calories and no fat and no sugar. Its perfectly fine, and will not make yu fat but also drink lots of water and work out at least 30 minutes 3 times a week even if its just takeing a walk... hope i helped jess

no. its just is very sugary. so try not to eat to much. it doesnt really have any good vitamins or anything but its much better than other sugary stuff.
