ok i have this friend..and she is like my best friend but her boyfriend and i are REALLY close as well...we were close before they were together...and i got them hooked up...now she is jealous because she thinks that he should be with me not her and that i want to be with him! i dont know what to do...the only way to make her happy is to stop talkin to him completely, but that will hurt him and our friendship, and if i dont it will hurt her...i'm torn between two best friends because they are together! i can't afford to lose either of them...what should i do?! yeah that is no fun. well talk to them both, together (at the same time) and listen, if they are your true friends then they can work something out where you can be friends with both of them...if it means them not hanging out then that may be the price, but if they are your true friends they will help work out a way to make it where you can stay friends with both. so talk to your girl friend and boy friend together or apart, and you will figure out a way. i know that isnt good advice but it is all i have..and like ive said many times before, just pray to God

so i have this guy friend, lets call him ralph, we are both fourteen, we went to a dance together and he is really sweet! i've known him forever and we went out in the 6th grade. i left tennessee for a month last week and i won't be back til the end of june, right before i left i think he tried to ask me out but i told him he shouldn't because i am going to be gone for a month and its hard to stay loyal in the summer. also, when we go back to schoool, we won't both be at the same one anymore because i am going to a different highschool, and i want to meet new people too, but i really like ralph too, i don't know if i should go out with him when i get back, or wait and meet new people! Please help!

Yes that is tough...well just enjoy your summer and when you get back you and "Ralph" can talk about you guys as a couple and as friends and then if what you want to do, and what he wants to do is the same thing, great. Relationships are hard and you got to work at them but I promise it'll turn out ok. Just talk to him about it and you guys will figure out what is best for ya'll

I totally have that same problem but as you show your parents they can trust you, it gets better. Don't try sneaking out to be with the guy, parents will find out. Yeah, I'm not allowed to date until I'm 16 (i'm 15 now) but group dates can be fun! Just go hang out at the movies with your boyfriend, and some other friends. Maybe double date, and it won't be as bad if you are going as "friends." The Jackson Bowling Center/Skating Rink is always fun..if not just go out to Steak and Shake or Buffalo Wild Wings with some friends, including your boyfriend. But mainly, gain trust from your parents and who knows? They may suprise you. Let me know if you need anything else.
