Riding your bike is a very good activity to help stay fit and healthy. It will most definately work out your thighs and booty. So, doing it for a half an hour every day or every other day is a very efficiant way to tone your thighs and lose weight in your butt. ]
Yes, riding a bike for 30 minutes every time you exercise will keep you active and make you lose weight in your butt and in you thighs and legs also. ]
Ye it will do something but you can just do 30 minutes and think that it will me suddenly slim you have to keep upto it.

totally. riding your bike will almost work out tons of muscles (sorry for spelling). your thighs your butt your legs TOTALLY!! ]
Most defintely; it'll do wondeRs. And a healthy diet will only enhance the loss, so maybe you should tRy to minimize youR intake of white bRead, soda and cake-like foods? Goodluck!! =D ]
well I m not really shure but it probably does. But you cant just do it in one day you have to keep up with it. and it also works with every pother part of your body.
