I'm 21f, my boyfriend (James) is 23m, his brother (Andrew) is almost 22, and they live with their parents. James and I have been together for about four years, and love each other very much.
But his family hates me, and we're starting to fight because I think he could fight them more on this, and he thinks he can't. He has no job and not much money, so he can't move out.
According to him, his parents think I'm not good enough for him. That makes sense, they want the best for him. They have good intentions. But they periodically tell him that he's hurting the family by seeing me, and that's just not true.
He said, "The only way they'll stop is if I break up with you, and I really don't want to."...

Writing and acoustic song

i know how people say write a song about the things you know or feel the most. at the moment im lonley and feeling unloved. the tune iv composed for acoustic guitar its a sweet and sort of shortish song but i would love the sweetness to be contrasted with lyricall emotion. any help please? first verse lyric sentance? your stories? anything.

I find my self asking questions on this site about anything and everything that im feeling just to know that some body out there cares and wants to help. i havent had a girlfriend in 5 years'ish, and the only girls in my life that i have ever wanted to love all have boy friends now. feeling like iv been left behind... maybe im too closed off to people, i used to get bullied as a kid a bit but then i grew up and actually became quite normall with a bunch of a friends and the peopel that used to bully me i have forgivven (kids do stupid stuff and i try not to dwell on the bad things) they have all grown up too now and are quite decent people really when it comes down to it. fighting with stepfather on stupid things

hello, im a 19/f college student. my stepfather haven't seen eye to eye much lately. i ended up not doing so well in my first semester of freshman year and it made my stepdad disappointed. however, now he's accusing me of failing to spite my mother! my mother ended up arguing before i left for college, but does that make sense that i would deliberately ruin my gpa just to get back at my mother? i couldn't believe it when he said that to me. he's a very stubborn person so i was wondering how i could argue with him civilly and try and state my case. thanks in advance!

hi guyz
im really confused w/ this guy. we are both 16. basically i told him i liked him and he told me he liked me too (more than friends we made that clear) we have kissed and i have known him for a couple of months now.
&&basically i sent him a text and he just didnt reply. and hasnt yet. i wont text him again b/c he obv doesnt want to speak to me, but why would he do this? his friend says he does this to people sometimes but why would he do it to me if he likes me?

Sex drive

Okay, my boyfriend and I used to have sex at least twice a week, only taking a week break when my monthly friend came to visit. My sex drive is as good as ever but now he's never in the mood. It's been about a month and I've done just about everything I can from subtle hints to flat out grabbing his junk.
He recently got a new job but he doesn't work that much more than he did before. But our relationship is just as strong as it's ever been, just not in the sexual field.
So I'm curious if anyone has any idea what could be causing his sudden decrease in sex drive and what I could do to try and increase it?

Iron

16/f So recently i had surgery, and before it i had to get my blood drawn. Well they told me that i was anemic or something and i asked what that was and she told me that i was really low on iron. I was wondering what foods have iron in them. I usually eat healthy foods and i like to be healthy so this kinda bothered me. Any ideas on how to get it up would be appreciated. Thanks =]

nail fillings?

so i got gel tips about 3 weeks ago for prom, now that graduation is around the corner i want to get them filled and i have a lot of expenses so i'm trying to spend as little as possible. i want to know exactly how much i'll be spending before i go to the salon.
i want to get my nails filled but i don't know the difference between pink and white fillings and pink fillings. please help!

So my boyfriend is about three years older than me.
And through the time we've been dating I've met about all of his friends,

piercing against parent wishes?

Alright, so I've asked both of my parents numerous times about piercings. My mother is more considerate, but when talked about with my father the question brings up termoil and anger, and usually ends in some type of yelling. I've been heavily thinking about getting my nose, and/or belly button pierced, against my fathers wishes. If I do, does anyone know a good way to hide the fact I have them?
(Our family has a boat, and we go out on it frequently, so please don't suggest that I wear a shirt to cover my naval around him)
