basically, a few months ago, i started seeing a guy, who i really, really like. he said all this stuff to me, like how he really liked me, how amazing he thought i was ;/. i went away for a little while, before i went he promised me he would still like me when i came back, funnily enough, i came back and he was going out with somone eles. i buried it and pretended not to care, but felt horrible inside. it had been a while and i hadn't seen him properly, but whenever we spoke on msn, he would either flirt or act really off. a few days ago, i was drunk, and told him i still liked him on msn, he said he didnt know if he liked me like that, but we decided to meet up, even though he was still going out with that girl but he said he was really considering dumping her. i met up with him with my best friend and another guy, to be honest the day was awful and awkward, i just felt completely crap after because i still really liked him. now affter that i find out he added my best friend on msn (who was with us that day), who i love soo much like a sister, and started to tell her how amazing SHE was and how they should meet up. my best friend did the right thing to tell me, but ran away from her in tears, i have no clue whats going on beetween them, i'm too scared to talk to him and i don't want to involve people, i just feel so crappy and like i'm stuck in a huge hole right now, because i really like him :/ please somone, help.x
DrPlayer answered Monday June 1 2009, 8:43 pm: First of all don't let this situation ruin your friendship. The relationship you have will that girl will last longer and be worth more. As for the guy thing just try to move on. There are many more guys in the world and u have just seen a fraction of them. Once you find someone else you like better all feelings for him will disappear, trust me on this I have had it happen to me and seen it happen to tons of my friends. Enjoy life and just have fun. The right guy will show up eventually just keep your eyes open. [ DrPlayer's advice column | Ask DrPlayer A Question ]
