Bleaching my hair platinum blonde

Dear Advicenators, I have auburn hair with freckles, and pale skin but I do tan. I really love the way Lindsey Lohan's hair was when it was bleached. I want Christina Aguilera's hair color. How can I dye my hair this color but keep my hair healthy?
Yes, I have dyed my hair and bleached my hair before, but I think that the dye is completely washed out by now. (It was semi-permanent.)
My mom isn't a hairdresser but she does know a lot about hair and her best friend is a hairdresser so she usually gets the professional things, but I will go to a solon if you insist.

So i was dating this girl for like the last 3 weeks right? we went on like ten dates and we got really close. last thursday i took her out to lunch paid the bill, gave her a ride, made small talk and all that good stuff. We went to the park after and she told me that i made her crazy and she was starting to really like me... the next day when i textedd her she responded with the one word text messages, which she normally doesn't do, and like after the third message stopped talking to me. She won't return calls or text me anymore.. she just left today for honduras with her church. i dunno what happened, but maybe you could help? should i get over her and move on? or should i try to like "get her back"

okay. i have been playing hockey for 7 years now, and im having a huge problem. i dont always play good and i dont know why. i dont like getting hurt, i can usually tell myself 'it doesnt matter just go out and play' , so then i go out and play aggressive, but i dont skate hard. my mom drives me crazy on hockey, i tell her but she wont listen, she wants me to quit hockey, but i dont want, i need to change on the ice and off the ice. how do i do this, or prepare for this? thanks in advance. if you need more details feel free to ask.

One Little Mistake

So about a month a go I was hanging out with my boyfriend and our friend and our friend said that he hadnt worked all that week and that he had been bored all week. Well later that night I called his girlfriend and we were talking then she said that she hadn't seen him all tthat week and I ask why and she said that he was working then I told her that he told me differnt and then she dumped him. A few people found out that I told her that and think I purposly broke them and now everyone including her is mad at me and its been about a month and they all keep talking bad about me and they talk bad to me to my OWN BOYFRIEND! He tells them I didnt do anything and sicks up for me but even my own cusin is mad at me. How do I fix all of this? can I...

My question is, it says that we have unlimited IM, but do you get charged when you go on AIM as a separate charge? Like, do you get charged a separate charge because it's the Internet or what? I know when you use the Internet, it's charged by the kilobyte or whatever, is it the same for AIM since we don't have an Internet package?
My family just got the plan a few months ago, and we've never had one before, so we don't know much about it.

My Dreams are coming real!

I have dreams, like, every night, and ones that i quite like (or remember well) are sort of coming true. Like for example, a month or two ago, i had a dream that i saw this really fit guy from my school at the local swimming pool, and then about a week later i actually did see him in the pool.
Another example, that happened i dreamt last week, was that i was sat on my crush's (a different guy) lap. Just yesturday (Mon) i had the perfect opportunity to sit on his lap (although i didn't because it would just be too freaky - it was even the same chair!).
What could it mean? This isn't the only time this has happened, but i can't be bothered to list everything. These are just certain examples.

so i have a boyfriend and he is 19, i am 16. however, i turn 17 in august and he turns 20 in october. we are really involved mentally and somewhat physically. i want to take it farther but he always asks me many times if its okay and i understand where he's coming from because it's technically illegal...But when i'm 17 do you think that he will change and alls he'll want is sex? he's pretty respectful right now but people change and things go wrong and everything so i dont really know what to expect...I guess i have to wait and see but does anyone know anyone else like this? & do you think he'll just want sex after i turn 17?

This is kind of a weird question. Wasn't sure where to categorize it.
I'm 24/f. I've met this guy and I've known him for a little over two years. I really enjoy his company, and I really like him. I know he likes me too, that isn't really the problem. The problem is, I live like 4 states away, so we usually see each other every 2 months. Well, the last time I saw him was in March '09. Mood swings and depression from morning after pill?

I took the morning after pill about 10 days ago and I started my period two days ago. My period is extremely heavy now, heavier than ever before! That is only the beginning of the problem though. I have been so depressed in the past week (starting maybe 24 to 48 hours after I took the morning after pill) and yesterday I was furious with anyone who talked to me...about ANYTHING! Everything made me mad I was so moody.
So, after a big crying fit I had yesterday (that completely ruined my day and embarrassed me), I remembered that I took the morning after pill. I had heard it is sort-of like birth control pills only in a much higher dosage, but I'm not sure if that is true. Am I understanding correctly?

How to wash socks and keep them feeling soft like new

Ok here's my problem. When I first buy socks they usually feel soft, flexible and all of that...but after washing them they begin to feel tighter when I put them on and don't feel as soft as a brand new pair of socks. It's almost like they get thinner, too! Is it because I use a washing machine? Is it the detergent I use? Is there something I can do about it?

Making Sims 2 families into Sims 3 families

I am considering buying the Sims 3 but I have one very specific question about the game.
Can you transfer characters from the Sims 2 to the Sims 3 game if you have both of them installed? I like my Sims 2 families and would like to be able to add them to my Sims 3 game without having to remake them entirely, if possible...

How do I deal with a gift I simply don't like?

My nephew, who is 12-almost 13, decided to buy me a gift for my birthday. It was a great gesture and I really appreciate his efforts but I really am not sure what to do since I really hate the gift.
So, I am very into gardening (flowers) and my nephew bought me a metal statue of some flowers. The problem is that the artwork is very large and, well, absolutely hideous. The coloring doesn't really match with my home interior so it really stands out if I do choose to let guests view it.
I know he meant well but I really do not want to display this in my home. It's very unattractive. Should I tell him that I did not really enjoy the gift (maybe even allow him to have his money refunded?) or display the gift in...

Making the perfect mix cd

My boyfriend and I are having our six month anniversary on Friday and I want to make him a mixed CD of songs to share with him. I don't really know what KIND of songs to put on the CD, let alone which specific songs.

Becoming a better girlfriend

My boyfriend and I got into a fight the other night and he said, sarcastically, that I was a good girlfriend (the situation is difficult to explain-- why we were fighting) so, basically, he called me a bad girlfriend. I've been trying to find ways to be a "better" girlfriend now so we don't have this problem again.
Do you have any ideas on how I can be a better girlfriend? He's apologizing, saying he didn't really mean it and it was in the heat of the moment but I still feel like it might be true. I simply want to be the best girlfriend I can be because he deserves happiness too.
So, any tips on how can I be a better girlfriend to my boyfriend?
