I've have gotten 20 pounds overweight in the past 3-4 years and am now deciding to go on a diet and exercise plan. I'm asking if you think this plan is safe and sounds effective. Usually I don't eat breakfast but I am deciding on eating say a granola bar for breakfast every morning instead of nothing, or maybe a glass of chocolate mouth. I plan on skipping lunch since I dont really like school food anyway. I've heard skipping lunch can cause you to gain weight because you overeat but I think that if I don't eat a snack when I get home from school and limit my dinner portions and servings (small portions not tiny but you know, and one serving) then I will not overeat. Then for exercising I plan on doing crunches for my stomach and squats for...

I've started school and now it seems like i don't have the time to exercise except wwhen i go to yoga on tuesday nights. Is there anyway i can make time to do my school work, AND exercise? Thanks in advance!

ok so i just started cross country today and it is so hard. ive done track for 3 years but that was nothing compared to this. for 3 hours we just ran! we did about 5 miles. i came in 2nd to last/tied for last every time! ive never been fast but my track coach told me i should give cross country a try. it was SO inspiring and it makes me feel REALLY good but i felt like i was going to throw up the entire time and when we compete against other schools, theres just no way really! should i drop out now before its really a commitment and do winter and/or spring track or should i keep it up and hope/pray to get better?

I want to tone my legs but I don't have any equipment or money and when I go on toneteen.com I don't know if it tones or just works it. Where can I find a website with that helpful infomation? I would prefer if it had demonstrative pictures.

I need to to lose weight people keep telling me to diet and exercise but its not that easy even when i do do that i dont seem to lose any and when i do crunchs or situps i can never do them right HELP!!!!

thats the whole problem... its not a 6 pac
ever since i started playing handball 5 years ago my muscles on my stomach began developing somewhat irregularly.
6 pac is supposed to be 6 bumps that are in pairs of 2 going from top to bottom, well thats not the case with me.
my muscles are disaligned, meaning that one starts in the midle of its oposite making it 8 msules not 6, which kinda looks wrong....
I NEED HELP AND AM WILLING TO SPEND LOADA CASH TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
how do i get my muscles back into the shape their supposed to be in??? PLZ SOME 1!!

Ever since cheerleading started back up it's had a new effect on me. I no longer eat three meals, I don't even eat two meals. I do drink lots of fluids though. Most of the time I don't even eat one meal, and if I do eat one meal it's at school because I really don't want my friends to know but yet i'm writing in here telling you all the truth. I do feel bad, But I can't control what's happening to me. I didn't wake up one day and say "Oh i'm going to exercise more and eat less" I never said that, NEVER. This all took place on its own and I wish I knew why but I don't! okayy well.. im 14 and i think my hips are huge!! but they arent that big, but they stick out alot when im wearing jeans.. my waist is skinny so there fore my hips stick out and i wear a shirt.. normally i'll wear a jacket but its the first day of school and im wearing jeans an a shirt.. which make my hips stick out since my shirt is tight sorta.. soo i dont know.. please help i dont know what to do!
