what are some exercises that i can do to lose weight in my stomach as fast as possible but without shrinking my hips?

dear asker♥ try doing sit ups, and crunches...also try running on a regular basis [say one every one or two days], try doing wall sits too. hope i helped a bit.

[ps on your feedback] wall sits are when you lean agaist the wall like your sitting on a chair..it helps you lose wait in your stomach and thigh area

I have a great exercise. Lay down somewhere. Then lift your legs to the point where it hurts you stomach a little. Keep you legs up there for a minute or so. Then rest and repeat several times. But make sure it's not to high or too low or you won't get results. I hope I helped!
