anne_givings answered Saturday September 3 2005, 10:20 pm: well you cant make your boobs get bigger, but to tone your thighs just run in place and jump up and down with your legs about shoulder width apart for a minute then rest thirty seconds and do it again and so on and so forth-- seventeen has some really good excersizes for that if ya wanna check there!

But, there isn't anything around the house that you can just eat & your boobs can get bigger!
The only effective way to lose weight from your thighs or anywhere else, is to reduce your calorie-intake [by sensible eating], increase your calorie-expenditure [by increasing your exercise] and let your body do the rest.
Exercise can't reduce fat deposits from your thighs. In fact, if you over exercise your thighs without taking care to stretch your thigh muscles afterwards, your thighs may actually increase in size.
The simpliest way to tone your stomach is to just do sit ups. It will really help tone your stomach. =)
