xomegaroni answered Monday September 5 2005, 9:33 am: are you looking for a semi diet?? because sometimes if you juss eat right & stuff it'll help. but if you wanna tighten up your stomach you should do 50 crunches. slow crunches, the slower the more difficult which are better because they work your abs. umm try scizzors. like lay on ur side w/ your legs together and move the top 1 up & down until you feel your muscles start to tighten. then you're doing it right. what else..oh pilatees! wow they hurt but you can tell that they're working. try this-
