tighten what are some ways to tighten up my stomache in 3 day please help me fast

well you cant really make your stomach tighten up that much in 3 days. but if you do 50 of 100 crunches a day it will help. but you might have to do it for a few weeks before your stomach is noticiably tighter. but crunches really help!

are you looking for a semi diet?? because sometimes if you juss eat right & stuff it'll help. but if you wanna tighten up your stomach you should do 50 crunches. slow crunches, the slower the more difficult which are better because they work your abs. umm try scizzors. like lay on ur side w/ your legs together and move the top 1 up & down until you feel your muscles start to tighten. then you're doing it right. what else..oh pilatees! wow they hurt but you can tell that they're working. try this-
