friends account again...
im not fat but my stomach is a lil loose if ya know what i mean and i want to make it harfd so what are some exercises i can do to make it un-flabby REALLY FAST!!?
also, i have wide hips and a big butt, i think it looks good, but would guys go for it?

tina answered Wednesday September 7 2005, 9:18 pm: for harder abs you can do .. (superman) lie on your stomach and lift your arms and legs at the same time..or the jackknife its like a sit up but you lift your legs up 2 that way it works faster.for more resultrs do it on the edge of a bed
and about the hips and butt thing trust me i know. lol and trust me its a big hit with the fellas lol no one likes a stick figure
