stomach fat friends account again...
im not fat but my stomach is a lil loose if ya know what i mean and i want to make it harfd so what are some exercises i can do to make it un-flabby REALLY FAST!!?
also, i have wide hips and a big butt, i think it looks good, but would guys go for it?

I am like you! Excersize is the one word you need to do. Stomache crunches and suck it in as well. That is what I am doing. It has helped me a bunch and am most possitive it will help you. ]
alright..SITT UP BABY!! do lot and lotz of sitt ups... and guys will go for it believe me!! ]
for harder abs you can do .. (superman) lie on your stomach and lift your arms and legs at the same time..or the jackknife its like a sit up but you lift your legs up 2 that way it works faster.for more resultrs do it on the edge of a bed
and about the hips and butt thing trust me i know. lol and trust me its a big hit with the fellas lol no one likes a stick figure
