ok i know it's still winter but summer will be here before I know it and i'm sick of looking like a beached whale when im in a suit so how can i shed these pounds im thinking about getting a new walkman and a couple jogging suits with christmas money but are there any exercises i can do in my room like dancing exercizing or w/e it is? HELP! this whale thing has me worried.
*plus.. i'm sick of the guys thinking of me as the fat chick

This probably doesn't fall under fitness but I have so much flab under my chin and neck...I have like a double/triple chin and neck! Does anyone know how I can get rid of this?

ok well im 15 and im pretty tall maybe 5'7ish maybe a lil shorteR?!
anyways..
i havent weighed myself in awhile but im guessing i weigh about 120 pounds. i mean i feel FAT tho. i know im not but i always feel like i have to be working out or something..or like i shouldnt eat alot!! i feel really bad about doin this because i know im not fat! even people think i should gain weight but i dont want to - my stomach already seems to be gettin a lil chubbier but i dont know if its just me?!
ahhh im really messed up right now.. =[

Track season starts in Jan., there is something called "conditioning" where they help you get ready. Should I try running on my own warmin' up for the "conditioning". Has anyone juped hurdles? That is intersting, is there anything that I should know about that one?

I am a size 17 right now and I want to get down to a size 7. How much weight would I have to loose? like how much weight do you have to loose to get in down a pant size anyway?
My goal by may is to loose 10 pant sizes

Ok people i aint here to be ripped and i aint talking rubbish but im 16 male and started bodybuilding and cycling 3 months ago and do it every day cuz i got told i 'aint buff' and keep being called 'midget' by my peers (only 5'8" you see), but i have noticed im increaasing becoming paranoid and aggressive and feel like making holes in walls defacing people and i get nasty headaches and im always tense. I thought working out and exercising was meant to do the opposite, so is it this or do i have an exceptional case caused by another(serious?) problem. Am i going insane?

I’m 15 and have huge boobs. In about 7th grade, I had C’s.. and they just kept getting bigger and bigger. Now, I have about D’s, maybe even DD's??? Boys stare, and it gets annoying. I don’t want people to only think I’m pretty or “hott”, because of my boobs, but I do like my boobs… it gives me something that I can be happy ( i guess) about.. because it's uncommon/ the problem that most females complain about is usually how small their boobs are...that they barely have any... but for me, its the opposite! I absolutely love shopping for bathing suits, although I can never find any, for a reasonable price that truly fits- That im NOt half hanging out of (my boobs)! I am a cheerleader and fit, and I have a good body ( i think). ...

I'm a 17/m and I'm starting to work out again. I naturally extremely strong legs, but my knees are not capable of lifting as much as my legs are because I haven't worked out in a while.
So, what's the best way to build them up? Should I do as much as I can, or less than I can with high reps?

i was just wondering if anybody had any ideas on how to get rid of a flabby tummy - like the part that hangs over your belt. i am not a fat girl, infact, i am pretty small for my age/height, but it seems like no matter what i do i always have a pretty big flab hanging down. i have been doing 100-200 situps a night for at least 6 months now & it actually really is helping my abs, but it's not targeting my stomach, which is below that. so i need a different approach then situps, because they are only toneing my abs, not my lower stomach. if anyone has any ideas (exercise and/or deiting) it would be greatly appreciated!

how do u get skinny and fast, and do diet pills really wokr ? im getting fat and im cutting down on my serving sizes and not eating as much all the time im drinking water instead of snacks and just eating breakfast lunch and dinner
