shedding winter pounds

ok i know it's still winter but summer will be here before I know it and i'm sick of looking like a beached whale when im in a suit so how can i shed these pounds im thinking about getting a new walkman and a couple jogging suits with christmas money but are there any exercises i can do in my room like dancing exercizing or w/e it is? HELP! this whale thing has me worried.

*plus.. i'm sick of the guys thinking of me as the fat chick

Everyone hates hearing the words eat healthy & exercise, but if you really want to be fit & healthy then you should do it. The BEST thing to do would be talking to your doctor and getting a nutrionist. They will tell you what you should & shouldn't eat but it's common sence. You're never going to loose weight if you keep eating sweets, fried food, & fats. Replace them with fruits & veggies. Eating fruits & vegtables doesn't have to be hard & it doesn't have to taste gross, so go online & look up some recepies you or your mom could make. Do about 30 sit ups or any exercises you like to do. If you want more go to www.toneteen.com
